Can family members claim sold ancestral property after 8 years

Person1 got RTC of ancestral property tranferred to him with unregistered partition deed in 2009 between family members on a plain paper, took loan from bank independently without consent of his family members and without any challenges from his family members. After 4 years, he sold this land to person2 without any challenge. Person2 also took loan and cleared it before selling it to person3 after 4 years. Is it legal to purchase property from person3 now.
