Can elder son claim in property if it is given to younger son

34 years back my father was gifted to me 6 cent plot. I have 2 son, now i am 62 years old so I want to give a permission to my son for built a home in that plot and also this plot is automatically changed the tittle to my younger sons name after my death.What is the formalities I do now? Is their any legal problems effected to my younger son from my elder son?

You canvey the property to the person of your choice through a conveyance deed or a Will. the former needs to be registered; a Will need not be registered.
