Can DRT forcibly take the possession of property away

I am third-party who did banakhat of property from borrower, borrower has loan pending against bank, and they did not paid and currently I m in possession of property, got dist. Magistrate order to give possession. My civil suite and Drt bother are in process, still they can forcibally take possession ?? Plz help
Yes as dues shd be cleared of dry and if u have not done sale deed than I would suggest u to leave the property and ask for money as who will trust u that u have taken the property or u have the possession ad it is not shown on the papers.
