22-May-2023 (In Property Law)
Respected Sir, I have been fighting a property dispute case for many years and the opposite party is using all illegal means to delay the case and filed a mutation while the property dispute is pending before the court. I question is I am a Respected Engineer and Now I have some work Abroad, so is it possible to transfer my disputed property under sec 52 of the act with the permission of the court.

Hello,
It is possible in such manner but without knowing the whole matter cannot suggest the legal way. You can approach to High Court, but in that case need to know the value of your property. Revert back if possible.
