Can dishonoring cheque & temporary injunction case be done together

03-Jul-2023 (In Property Law)
We have sold our land to a party for the cost of XX Cr rupees against which we got YY before registry of deed via cheques and rest amount i.e ZZ. with post dated cheques. only one cheque of rs WW is got cleared after registry and he transferred PP lacks through RTGS. now he given XX lacks out of YY. we have filed a case of dishonoring of cheque against him and also filed a case for temporary injunction under rule 39 , 1& 2 . now our advocate is suggesting not to file both case together such as case for dishonoring of cheque and for temporary injunction. Dear Sir can you please suggest can we maintain both the case together or not?? and what will be the best whether to run dishonoring case or temporary injunction case?
