Can daughter get property of father transferred on her name ?

I am the only child(daughter) of my parents.He was the youngest among 3 brothers. The other two are in village with their respective family. “Batwara” of property happened in year 1991 in front of gram panchayat, which I doubt have ever got registered. He got a share of 10 bigha agricultural land. How can I get this property trasfered to my name or my mother's name?

The Hindu Succession Act, 1956, originally didn't give daughters equal rights to ancestral property. This disparity was removed by an amendment that came into force on September 9, 2005. ... A division bench had opined that the amendment applied to daughters born on or after September 9, 2005.

There is an equal right for boys and girls in the ancestral property. Section 6 of hindu succession act girls child have same right as if she had been a son.Fof the pupose of this section partition means any partition made by execution of a deed of a partion duly registered under the registration act.
