Can daughter claim share in father's property if he died before 1990

My father have 2 sons and 2 daughter including me. Father have property which came from father's brother (my uncle) by division. My grandpa have the property or not is not clear. My father divided the property in two sons and himself before 1990. Now one girl claimed for division. Father is alive. Religion is Hindu.

where hindu dies after the commencement of the Hindu Succession (Amendment) Act,2005, his interest is governed by the Mitakshara law sec 4 &sec 6, sec 23, sec 24 & sec 30 of the Hindu Successsion Act 1956 it revised rules on coparcenary property giving daughter daughter of the deceased equal rights with sons this is applicable on and after 2005 .
