Can christian daughter claim share on mother's self acquired property

25-Jan-2023 (In Property Law)
I'm a 25 year old unmarried Christian female, living with my mother in my mother's self-acquired apartment. Two years ago, my mother transferred the property to my name, making me the sole owner, with a new deed. As long as I'm alive, can anyone else claim any right over the property?

As long as the guft deed and/or transfer dees of any other form is properly executed, only you are the rightcul owner. Even your mother can't change it anymore let alone someone else being able to stake a claim. The key is the execution though.
