Can case be filed if doing farming on the disputed land

Hi , please let me know if a person is doing farming on the disputed land can we file a case under section IPC section 405 and 406.
Yes but you have not mentioned what kind of dispute there is about land and what kind of land it is. If it's a joint family property or other joint ownership those are important factors for initiating actions

Dear sir, yes you can do your farming in your land inspite of filing criminal case and FIR against the person with regard to dispute of land. Criminal court or police station people are not empowered under law to grant stay on said land.
