This is my response to you:
1. You will have to obtain the succession certificate;
2. Once you obtain the same from district court show it to the society;
3. Obtain NOC of your siblings and your mom;
4. The society will transfer the property to you;
5. If you do not obtain NOC then the 3 brother can file a suit in the court and stake an equal claim;
6. They can obtain stay orders and injunction orders against you;
7. Therefore follow the legal procedure and comply with the formalities.

Nomination does not mean ownership. Your other brothers / sisters can take objection and then you will have to obtain NOC from all of them. Society has done illegal thing by transferring share on your name without consent of all legal heirs
