Can any court cancel the registration of any property

I lend money to party x, but party x refused to pay. So I attached party x property through court .but now party x sold that property to another person eventhough attachment is on that property. Now court has power to cancel the registration of property.
It is contempt of court and court can reinstate the property.otherwise,jail punishment can be awarded to the seller.if it is reflected in ec, it's the risk of buyer.anyway you can file petition to court for breach of court order
