Can a wife raise objection after the house property is sold?

My father has a severe drinking habit and does loose mental balance also sometimes. He often threatens to sell the house and leave the city. I want to know Can my mother raise any objection after the house is sold without her consent discreetly such that we don't come to know until the house is completely transferred to other person? The house is in my father's name only.
Please advise any legal or other ways to handle this.
you can go the court the and file a stay on the property or else you can also go the family court and get residence order in the same house depending upon the situation and also you simultaneously give letter to the society to not to give no objeection to sell the house without your permission

The house is in the name of your father and hence he is the legal owner of that property so technically your mother cannot claim that your father cannot sell the property as on date say for example if you are cancel if your father expires then your mother becomes the legal hair and accordingly she can get the flat transferred in her name
