Madam
The property is in the name of your father in law and he have every right to do with the property. During his lifetime you cannot claim anything as the property is not of your husband but of your father in law.
If he wants to give 1/3rd share in the landed property, that is good.
You have to look pros and cons of the sentiments of your father in law also. He wants the home property to be given to your brother in laws and sister in laws. As you have no issue and your age is not huge, you may marry again, so, in the home property he does not want to make any complications and get rid or in other way making justice to him by giving 1/3rd share of the landed property.
During his life time you cannot claim anything.Because either he have inherited or have earned by him
Thanks
