Can a trust property be sold without permission for commercial purpose

I want to know that my grandfather is a main trustee of religious trust in ankodia village vadodara whose responsbility to use that properties has given by his guruji there are some lands and one house wich is also temple in that village .My main question is that do my grandfather has a right to sell lands to commercial person because people said you have to take permission of charitable commisioner and whenever he is trying to sell lands they have said you can only use but there is no right to sell this properties he is also geting life threatning intimidation from some powerful villagers what he can do if he want to sell his properties to any builder are there any need to change clauses in his religious trust the authourity has given by his guru so who has right to sell this property give me detailed answer please and if he want to make a will how many people he can appoint as a chairperson as a trustee what is the procedure to form new religious trust.

You can ha right solution for your query but first you need to tell me,
by whose name the property is registered, by trust or your grand father,
for the threat your grandfather can approach to local police; if they are not responding you then you can approach to the court.

This is the property of the trust you cannot sell this property though your grand father is an trustee or else it is not possible to sell the land as per the law
Trust doesn't only belongs to your grand father only..
