Can a property under litigation be renovated

26-Sep-2023 (In Property Law)
Hi, Can the occupant of the property who are staying there for over 30+ years renovate/construct the house ? The house is very old & has cracks on it. Family staying over there have 2 kids below 3 years. Due to the monsoon & rainfall the family is worried it may fall anytime. Property is under litigation already. Please let me know if its possible to renovate or construct the house by occupants legally. Thanks in advance.

Legally you should not take any renovation or any improvement when the case is pending before the court in respect the same property. After the final judgement of the court, as per court order you can take further step. For further advice please contact me.
