Can a property be sold which is in dispute with stay order

my brother is trying to sell the property in admist of dispute with stay orders,can he be able to do that.
No, a property cannot be sold which is under dispute and the court has issued a stay order. if the person does so is putting himself into problem and you can file a contempt petition against the person, the sale would be void as the court has put a sty order on it.

No your brother can not sell the property of which the matter is subjudice .If he does that it will be the contempt any such selling could only take place once the case which is pending in the court is finished.
