Can a property be sold by one person when bought jointly

Me and my father put together lived and build the house and i have also spend lot of money for that but now a days they have mentally changed and forcing to sell the house and ask us to live alone and not giving the share plz advise

No if it is a registered document then they do not have right to sell or mortgage or do any changer with that property they have to take your permission for any changes if they want to sell the property they have to take your permission

If the property stands in the name of your father then he is the person to do as per his wish. Second thing is that you say you have invested money then do you have proof of your investment as to how much you have spent, In such case we shall try to get your part of share as per your investment.
