The facts furnished appears are inadequate in the absence of type of pattayam you are having and the reasons for your present apprehension. A pattaym amounts to a grant and once a person has been put in possession and he has duly occupied, the rights of the holder is well protected. However, the issues could be different if there are allegation fraud or deception surrounding the pattayam or its grant.
