Can a Muslim girl file a case against siblings for misrepresentation?

My wife has been cheated by his brothers she is not so much educated her education is only up to 7th we are Muslims they are total 6members 3sisters 3 brothers except 1brother all are married her brothers took her to registration office all were there but she don't know why they are taking signs and her sisters are well settled she don't know whether they also know about property are not so can she get any share in property
You need to first check and find out what was the document she signed in sub registrar s office . Get a copy of that. Another way is to get the khata records of whatever property her parents had and see whose name is entered there now.

Yes she can get equal share from the said property,as you mentioned that she studied only 7 standard,it doesn't matter,in other words,even though if she would be illiterate then also be possible to get share.
