Can a mother retrieve her shares from partition deed which is already

Muslim family-
Father passed away-2017-
Father has 2 property in his name -
2 sons only with our mother
2 property partitioned in 2017, one to me and another to my brother and stated in deed that our mother don't need any her shares,
No can she retrieve her share through court
yes sure. mere mentioning of her willingness will not preclude her from claiming share over the property unless she specifically executed a release deed or settlement deed in favour of the children. she can file civil suit against the children for partition
