As per the Hindu Succession Act the property of the member of a Hindu family is devolved upon the Class I heir(s) first and if no Class I heir is not available, then the the same will devolve upon the first in the Class II heir. Class I heirs are sons, daughters, widows, mothers, sons of a pre-deceased son, widows of a pre-deceased son, son of a, pre-deceased sons of a predeceased son, and widows of a pre-deceased son of a predeceased son.Class II heirs are categorized as follows and are given the property of the deceased in the following order, Father, Son's / daughter's son, Son's / daughter's daughter, Brother, Sister, Daughter's / son's son, Daughter's / son's daughter, Daughter's / daughter's son, Daughter's /daughter's daughter, Brother's son, Sister's son, Brother's daughter. Accordingly you shall have to find your place in the list of heirs as aforesaid, and the Act doesn't make distinction between married and unmarried daughter. All the best. Regards

Yes, a married woman is entitled to share the property of her childless uncle/aunty along with the other claimers. File a petition for succession certificate in the high court. You can contact me for filing such petition by getting my contact details from Law Rato.
