21-Oct-2023 (In Property Law)
Grand parents were died in 1990's, they have 3 male children, they have not made partition among themselves of their parents property. As a grandson, do i have right in such unpartitioned property?

No you don't have right in unpartitioned property because this property is belongs to your grandfather not your father if it's partitioned property then you have right to claim in that property you have only rights to claim in your father property not your grandfather property

Hi,
You have not mentioned as to if you father is claiming a share in the property , if the property is not partition then you being a grand son is also entitle to claim , You can send a notice for partition and then file a suit for partition for your claim.
