Can a final decree of a civil court be challenged?

My father had an ancestral property.He died without will.My brother and my mother forged the RoR and sold part of land.I filed a civil suit.Now I have procured final decree after pre decree. Now i have to approach Tehsildar office for fresh RoR. My hrother is planning to stop further processing.What can he do to put stay in futther process in eyes of law ? Please assist me.

The only option your brother have is to appeal. He cannot stop the tehsildar as he is bound by the order of court. You are entitled for fresh ROR. Appeal is the only remedy that your brother have. In appeal also there is higher chances of your winning the case.
