Can a father refuse share in ancestral property

My father depends on land for his income. No pension. Can he refuse to give me my share in ancestral property ?

property mentioned by you your father self acquired property and it's come not from ancestral property you cannot have righ to demand yours share from father edufever father has got the same property from his father or grandfather you have to write demand you are share in that property . for this we have to file your case in competent court . with this if you have required any legal help please contact with me immediately .
