Can a father give his property to one of his son

My father sold his parental property and purchased a flat. Now, he would like to give his property to one child among two son & one daughter. Can he has right to do so. My father has not done any service or business in his life. Please advice.

All the children of the father have rights on the property. The father cannot give the ancestral property to one son and deprive others of their rightful share. You will need to file a suit for partition by enforcing your rights and claim share.
