Can a divorced daughter claim share in father's property
02-Feb-2023 (In Property Law)
If a divorced daughter is staying seperate n her parents arent helping her financially of any other way,she has no place to stay, then how can she know about her father's property or ancestral property? Can her parents sell without informing her?
You shall have rights over ancestral Property and make a claim accordingly but you may not have rights over your parent's property as it is their wish to whom they can transfer the property. It's better you talk with your parents and request them to help you out.
