Can a daughter get all the property of her father if she has a brother
15-Dec-2023 (In Property Law)
I have an elder brother and my father wishes to give all his property to me instead of dividing the shares between me and my brother. So is it possible? Cause like any other siblings my brother too wishes to get his share.
You can get the entire share, provided that the property of your father is his self earned property and he transfers the same to you while he is alive. (just to avoid any disputes later, he can bequeath it to you though).
So, Answer is YES.
If you need any assistance in Transfer of property, do let me know.

First of all you have to make clear that whether the above said property is ancestral property or that one is self acquired property of your father. If that is ancestral then by default your brother will get share. If that one is self acquired then your father can transfer the entire one to you by regitered will.
