Can a daughter claim her right in jwellery and property of parents

My father died. Home in name of late farher . Name still not transferred to my father and other 3 brother. My father having equity share and my brother taken and transfer all his name . My mother jewelery also take by him So can I get my share in home and shares and jewelry?
If your father has not executed any will (Vasiyat), all his legal heirs have equal rights in his self acquired property. You can file a partition suit. Kindly contact a local lawyer for further help.
