I m going to buy a resale flat in 129, nayabad avenue nayabad in kolkata 700094, actually dont hv much knowledge in it so wanted to know the registration fee as well the fee of d lawyer. it is a 3bhk flat of 1578 sq ft. South east facing in 12 th( top floor)
if you buy a flat resale the registration fees and stamp duty payable to government is 5% and drafting of deed and for full process of registration advocates fees is 1% for further details you can contact me...
