Buying a property where minors are involved

I am looking to buy a property that belongs to two brothers of which one has expired. There are 6 legal heirs to the deceases, including wife and kids ( all minors).
What are the legalities in this case? What documents other than the legal heir certificate will be required?
Hi, since the sellers include minors, you will have to obtain permission from the court as minors share in the property cannot be sold without an order of the court. In case of such permission is not obtained, you wont get any title to the said property.
