Building plan has a typing error, can that be a problem in the future
23-Nov-2023 (In Property Law)
There in no any error in deed and schedule of property, but there is a typing eerror in the enclosed building registration plan at the top of plan is mentioned as in the document but at the bottom it is wrongly typed as "G.Floor" instead of "F.Floor" is it cause any problem in future? I humbly request you to clarify my doubt
Definitely it may cause hurdle, apply for correction of the same in concerned department of municipality enclosing ur deed off which you rely upon and may have to pay requisite charges for the same to get it corrected
