Building height and BSES connection

I purchased a property in 2018 in delhi near Dwarka mor. The height of building is more then 17.5 meter & because of the building height we are not able to get electricity connection. We have recently got our seperate water connection as we have 20 individual flats in this building. The problem is that I purchased the top floor and know I have been getting threats from society members that they will have the top floor demolished. I need help as how and what should I do to save my house.

hello client as i can see the issue you are facing in getting elctricity connection from bses due to the reason of height of the building and your are facing problem in so many ways in this matter you need to go to court so you can get better help and solition for the over all problem in this matter your builder have cheated you so you need to fight with builder as well as with governmemt to getbtye solution from the helpnof the court.
