Building construction height more than 15 meter

Dear sir, i have booked 4th floor in total 5th floor building flat in delhi, but unfortunate my 4th floor height is 15.300 meters. what happen if government take action of beyond 15 meters height building?
my flat (only 30 cm beyond limit) also will demolished?

if you want you save your hard earned money which you have invest in buying the 4th floor flat. if you want to escape from this demolision part then ur only having the option to move to high court to save ur hard earned money .
