He retained uds of 40 sq.yds. After 12 yrs ie in 2007 encroached the stilt parking area and constructed a portion. He registered it in his wife's name. We want to file acase against this. I am owber of 3 out of 5 flats. Pl guide. Builder expired
U have full rights to file a case against them legally lots of ways are to proceed . If u proceed u shall totally support to come of of it definitely we will file a case. But you need to have all documents related to this property
