Builder not giving flat nor refund of amount how to proceed legally

Dear sir, One builder has not given flat in required given time,Also when I cancelled cheque got bounced two month over .Purely cheated every time giving different dates and excuse.Also they have Bouncers hired who slaps customers when talking more.
Immediately consult and process further to take legal action against builder, consult and take further steps to recover your money and compensation etc., now already is too delayed. File a suit against builder.

Hi, With in 30 days of cheque bounce you need to file cheque bounce case against him. By parallel, you may file cheating/physical harrasement complaint against the person for not meeting his obligation with near by police station. You need to consult a lawyer with builder agreement for further information.
