Builder is trying to breach the development agreement

29-May-2023 (In Property Law)
We went under a development agreement with a builder 1 year back. As per the agreement the developer suppose to make an interim payment on completion of 1 year from the date of signing of the agreement. Now the developer is denying that saying that there is some legal issue with the land. However both the parties are aware of this since very beginning. And this issue has already been compensated with the compromised land price as a cost for fixing those issues. What shall we do now?
