Builder is not refunding after the cancellation of booking of flat

Sir,I have booked flat at naroda in 2011.But builder not able to senction loan,due to his property documents not approved by sbi bank.Then after builder forcely cancelled my flat and from 6 month he is not return my ammt
You can definitely claim your money back. and also claim interest for all these months. Je cannot retain your money like this. Clear case of cheating and breach of trust. Please contact me for further actions.
