Builder is not giving possession and delay penalty

How can I compel to give delay penalty which they are ignoring and not paying.
claiming interest for the delay which has occasioned in handing over of the property/flat is your right under the real estate regulatory authority act, more specifically in terms of section 18 and 19(4). file a rera case against the builder

If the possession is not delivered on time and the builder is also not giving delayed interest then you can file a complaint before UPRERA and UPRERA if satisfied with your submissions will award you delayed interest @MCLR+1%.
