Builder is doing illegal construction on my land what action to take?

i had purchased a land in lucknow from a person who is building illegal construction over half of my land. how can I get my land back as he threatens me. He is a local resident of that area. I dont want to roam around the court for cases as I live outside lucknow
Without approaching court it is not easy. Rest you can lodge the FIR immediately with your documents of the property or you can sell it someone as soon as possible.

First of all your title to the property needs to be ascertained if you have all the documents in order supporting your claim than there would not be any problem.
At this stage even approaching the court would not be required. We could get case registered against the builder with the police and if the police refuses than we can approach the magistrate. It would suffice in the present circumstances.
