Builder has mortgaged flat after agreement to sale for project loan.

Builder has mortgaged flat after entering into agreement for sale with me. builder is absconding and i already have release letter from "Bank-A". from which builder took loan. but Bank-A is taken over by Bank-B and Bank B has affixed notice under 13(4) to society gate saying that they took symbolic possession. what should be done.

I have evaluated the given situation, at present you will have to apporach the DRT for redressal of your grievances. It is advisable to approach the DRT at the earliest as more developments will lead to more complications.
