Builder forcing for to install full grill

Purchased flat in Navi Mumbai for which OC received on 28th Sept 2024 but builder didn't install half grills as agreed when purchase of flat in flat but now forcing me to pay and install full grill when I denied he says that all other flat owners have paid and installed it which I don't want. Also how did it get oc before installation of grills.
Please help
OC is not dependant on installation or non-installation of grills in the flat. Also if it was specifically agreed by and between you and the builder that the grills would be installed by him them you can point out the relevant clause to him. If not then you cannot enforce the same. However, it is imperative to look into the flat agreement. Feel free to contact me for seeking any legal advice as regards the same.

Well, Installation of Grills have got nothing to do with OC. While granting OC to a Building, it is seen by the concerned Authority, that, whether the Building is fit to be occupied or not legally, physically and whether legal due compliances have been done or not to build property, whether all safety norms have been taken care of or not by the Builder before forming a Building!
