BUILDER DEMANDING ADDITIONAL CHARGES WITHOUT GIVING POSSESSION.

I purchased an apartment in Bangalore in 2019 and the agreed possession date was 31 October 2019 and total value around 54 lakhs. The apartment is still not ready and the builder us demanding more than 20 lakhs extra over and above the sale agreement amount.No valid OC is given.The builder had agreed to pay Pre emi till possession that also not paid by them .Which I paid for 4 yrs around 12 lakhs.Approached RERA and got a verdict in my favor but builder not complying to RERA order.Please advise
To enforce the RERA order, file an execution petition with the authority. If the builder still fails to comply, approach the consumer court for compensation or file a civil suit for damages.
