Builder delayed possession, now not answering me properly

Flat booked in dec2018, money taken by me in jan20, builder has to give possession in july 20, till date not given possession, i did complain in cm helpline, then builder gave me in writing to give possession in June 2022, but failed, now builder not answering me properly, about when he give possession
u should file private complaint against the builder his offense punishable 420 IPC.
u will have to take legal action against the builder.

As per section 19 (3) of RERA ACT u have the right of possession after the payment has been made as per the terms of agreement . As per section 19(4) if the builder does not gives rhe possession he has to refund the amount to u . If not then u can take legal action against him . Contact me for any help.
