MahaRERA allows homebuyers to seek interest for delayed possession or even withdraw from the project with a full refund. Well, if you have not received any response from the Builder regards the expected possession and several delay has already happened in granting you possession, then, you can file a case of Delayed Possession under the RERA Act.
