Builder cheating, flat booking cancelled amount not refunded

I had booked a flat with Gaur sons at greater noida in 2018. Booking amount paid and instalment also paid. But builder cancelled the booking. And booked flat to other buyer. Now builder is not even refunding amount paid by me. He has paid loan amount after 1 year. Now what to do.

As I am having experience in RERA cases, I would say that
1. Complaint under Section 31 of RERA Act for refund with interest as applicable.
2. A police complaint against the Directors
I have handled matters against Gaursons, I would suggest that take an immediate action through me or any Advocate who is expertise.
