The main issue is with regard to delayed possession isn't it? We need documents to prove in the court, the promises made by builders/ Agents. Have you executed agreement to sale? Is your property RERA Registered?

Consumer courts are pro active to whip the
Builders for delayed possession along with compensation for the loss suffered by you.

Dear Sir/Madam, its all terms and conditions of Sale Agreement/MOU/Assignment Agreement, if you have said clause you have to issue a legal notice to your vendor (builder/developer/landowner) through advocate, if not complied the notice thereafter you have to file petition before consumer forum for compensation. All the best.
