Builder asking for extra amount before handing over possession

i purchased property from mahagun builders and paid full and final amount as settled at the time of purchase agreement along with service tax and future maintenance charges in advance ,no balance due .after receiving all the settle payments they are demanding interest and handling charges and threatening to cancel the allotment if not paid the unlawful demand .now what can i do .
Surely you can take legal action as its a wrong done against you for which you liable to sue him.for any further action you can contact me and fix a meeting. For sure all assistance would be given to you.

Since they builder is demanding illegitimate demands you should prefer a complaint before the State Consumer Forum/National Consumer Forum depending upon the territorial and pecuniary jurisdiction. And if there is delay in giving possession you are also entitled to penalty and rent.
