Brought joint property with wife can she claim after divorce

Me and wife are having joint property with joint loan in the bank , Initially agreed(Without any paper) she will pay the loan EMI ,Now due to some problem she left here and she is not ready to come back and not ready to pay the EMI further, In this case asked her to take the entire ownership(will be given by me with registration) and pay the remaining EMIs & owning the property ,she did not accept and not ready to share the EMI further,Shall I settle the Paid EMI's to her along with Bank approval & take the entire ownership (if possible) ? How do we handle this case smoothly without any issues further? In case I take this property now may be in the future if we go for HinduactDivorce ,Will she claim this property ? In case if she comes also I need to be very clear either any of one us own this property without any negative mark with Bank and come out this problem in the future so your suggestion's would really valuable for me

Consult and take advice for coming out from this sticklish issues. Before giving her divorce you can manage smoothly. Please consult and take all necessary steps for repaying loan and other matters. Consult and get advice.

You can request your wife to execute a release deed favouring you and exonerating her from all rights and liabilities with regard to the property.You can register this deed and your wife cannot claim this in future.
