Brought a land but case are still going on in the court

Dear sir, Once upon a time one person written some of his land to temple and also mentioned in documents that incase of any need trustees can sell the property .after few years trustees sold to some one and he sold to another one and had court notice filed by endowment department so that person struggled for ten years and won the case and sold the property to another party and he sold to me.it was 6 months till now I purchased the land also got passbook but suddenly I came to know all these and endowment department again filed the case in higher court and notice came to the same person
