Brother wants to transfer the property to other brother's name

04-Dec-2023 (In Property Law)
My three brother-in-laws together purchased a single plot in Bangalore and constructed Ground+2 floors. But the property is registered in the name of first brother-in-law who is working in Dubai. Can he transfer property to other two brothers (one floor for each including his) without his wife's consents. First brother-in-laws wife does not stay in this house and may object to property transfer.

If the property is in the name of first brother-in-law then his wife can pose no objection to transfer if he wants to transfer the property entirely in name of other two brother in law's.
He needs to execute a relinquishment deed relinquishing his share in the property to the other two brothers in law

Yes he can transfer it but only besis on registered sale deed.another think is that do you have any proof regarding payment .and he can sell roof by roof but his wife no way concern to object regarding this.if he is ready to transfer.and if you doubt you may call my given number i will explain you.
